Bioactive amides from Reynoutria japonica

Abstract
A pair of new amide enantiomers and two known amides were isolated from the rhizomes of Reynoutria japonica, with their structures established by UV, IR, HRESIMS and NMR, expanding the characterised bioactive constituent chemistry of Japanese knotweed.
