Symptom-to-Plant Lookup
Select a symptom a such as insomnia or inflammation to see plants associated with it, ranked by an indicative strength of scientific and traditional evidence.
How to read this. The strength dots are an editorial indicator of how much human/clinical evidence exists for each plant–symptom pairing — each pairing is scored 1–10 and shown as five dots (each dot = 2 points; a half dot marks an odd score): five filled dots (9–10) means strong evidence such as multiple trials or meta-analyses, while a single half dot (1) means largely traditional or preliminary use. This is an educational reference, not medical advice, and it is not a substitute for a qualified practitioner. Some plants carry meaningful safety cautions and drug interactions; always check before use.
