Abstract

In a double-blind randomised clinical trial, a specialised fenugreek (Trigonella foenum-graecum) seed extract (Testofen) reduced symptoms of androgen decrease, increased testosterone levels and improved sexual function in healthy ageing men, supporting an aphrodisiac/fertility role.
