Abstract
A meta-analysis of eight randomized controlled trials found that red clover (Trifolium pratense) isoflavone extract significantly reduced the daily frequency of hot flushes in peri- and post-menopausal women compared with placebo, supporting a moderate benefit for menopausal symptoms.
