Abstract

Using 1D/2D gel electrophoresis, immunoblotting and mass spectrometry with sera from sensitised patients, this study characterised the pollen allergen profile of Plantago lanceolata, identifying eight prominent IgE-reactive allergen groups relevant to seasonal respiratory allergy.
