Marrubium vulgare L. Leave Extract: Phytochemical Composition, Antioxidant and Wound Healing Properties
Preclinical
Abstract
A methanolic extract of Marrubium vulgare leaves was characterised phytochemically (quantifying marrubiin by NMR and drawing the HPLC-UV/MS fingerprint), and its antioxidant properties and wound-healing potential were evaluated, showing the extract promotes wound repair through its antioxidant constituents.
