Abstract
Flowers of Primula veris subsp. veris from wild populations and ex situ cultivation in Greece were compared phytochemically. Both sources were rich in flavonoids and phenolic compounds with antioxidant activity, supporting the sustainable cultivation of cowslip for medicinal and food use.
