Abstract
This review describes the pharmaceutically active triterpenoids and polysaccharides of Ganoderma lucidum (reishi/lingzhi), with hepatoprotective, anti-hypertensive, anti-tumour, anti-angiogenic and immunomodulatory antioxidant effects.
