Abstract

Echinacea purpurea alkamide-rich and polyphenol-rich extracts attenuated oxaliplatin-induced neuropathic pain in vivo via the endocannabinoid (CB2) system and antioxidant mechanisms, indicating anti-inflammatory analgesic activity of purple coneflower.
