Abstract
Twenty pregnane glycosides (tuberoside A1-L5) with 8,12;8,20-diepoxy-8,14-secopregnane aglycones were isolated from the aerial parts of Asclepias tuberosa, documenting the phytochemistry of pleurisy root.
