Bioassay-Guided Isolation of Iridoids and Phenylpropanoids from Aerial Parts of Lamium album and Their Anti-inflammatory Activity in Human Neutrophils
Preclinical
Abstract
Bioassay-guided isolation from Lamium album aerial parts yielded iridoids and phenylpropanoids that inhibited reactive oxygen species and elastase release in human neutrophils, supporting the anti-inflammatory and antiseptic traditional use of white dead-nettle in bronchitis and pharyngitis.
