Phytochemical Profiles and In Vitro Immunomodulatory Activity of Ethanolic Extracts from Galium aparine L.
Preclinical
Abstract
Ethanolic Galium aparine herb extracts, characterised by UHPLC-DAD-MS/MS (iridoids monotropein and asperulosidic acid, caffeoylquinic acids, flavonoids), stimulated the transformational activity of immunocompetent blood cells, documenting the herb's phytochemistry and immunomodulatory activity.
