Abstract

Using a DPPH-RP-HPLC-DAD method, hydroalcoholic extracts of goutweed (Aegopodium podagraria) displayed measurable antioxidant (radical-scavenging) activity, with the extract from dried plants prepared by ultrasound showing the highest antioxidant potential.
