Topical hydrogels containing Epilobium angustifolium extracts demonstrated antioxidant, anti-ageing, anti-inflammatory, antibacterial and wound-healing properties with good skin permeation and low toxicity, supporting the herb's use in dermatological and cosmetic preparations.
