Randomized trial

Abstract

In a randomised interventional study of 60 infertile women on clomiphene citrate, oral fennel (Foeniculum vulgare) capsules significantly increased endometrial thickness versus control, suggesting fennel's phytoestrogenic constituents may reduce clomiphene's adverse endometrial effects.
