Abstract
This review summarises over 50 years of pharmacological and clinical evidence for Ruscus aculeatus extract combined with hesperidin methyl chalcone and ascorbic acid, documenting its venoconstrictive, microcirculatory and lymphatic effects and clinical efficacy in relieving symptoms of chronic venous disease.
