Abstract
Psilocybe cubensis magic-mushroom extract reduced endothelin-1-induced hypertrophy and cell injury in cardiomyocytes via anti-inflammatory and antioxidant mechanisms, with a favourable safety profile, demonstrating non-psychedelic protective activities of the mushroom.
