Abstract

In a double-blind, placebo-controlled study, microdosing with psilocybin mushrooms (Psilocybe) produced sub-perceptual effects on mood and cognition, with some changes attributable to expectation, contributing to the evidence base on low-dose psilocybin-mushroom use.
