The effect of evening primrose oil on labor induction and cervical ripening: A systematic review and meta-analysis

Abstract
This systematic review and meta-analysis found that oral evening primrose oil (Oenothera biennis) did not significantly improve cervical ripening (Bishop score) for labour induction, illustrating the heterogeneous and often negative clinical evidence for EPO.
