Abstract
An RP-HPLC method was developed to determine eight flavonoids and two phenylethanoids in the flowers of Verbascum densiflorum and V. phlomoides; verbascoside and luteolin-7-glucoside dominated in V. densiflorum flowers, characterising the anti-inflammatory phenolic constituents of denseflower mullein.
