Abstract

An HPTLC method with chemometric analysis was developed to characterise and authenticate lime flowers (Tiliae flos: Tilia cordata, T. platyphyllos, T. x europaea), traditionally used for feverish colds and coughs, identifying linarin as a marker constituent.
