Abstract

This randomized crossover study investigated whether oral white willow bark (Salix alba) affects the inflammatory biomarker prostaglandin E2 in dairy calves, measuring salicylic-acid plasma concentrations after dosing, informing the anti-inflammatory use of willow bark.
