Abstract
Solidago virgaurea, used for centuries for cystitis, nephritis, urolithiasis, rheumatism and inflammatory diseases, was analysed phytochemically and its extracts evaluated for antidiabetic activity, demonstrating hypoglycaemic potential of goldenrod.
