Abstract
Rosa rugosa root extract and its bioactive compound oleamide protected against amyloid-beta-induced neurotoxicity in mice, improving cognition in Y-maze and passive-avoidance tests, restoring acetylcholine and reducing malondialdehyde, indicating antioxidant and neuroprotective effects.
