Alchemilla extract showed gastroprotective activity against indomethacin-induced gastric ulcers in rats by reducing inflammation, supporting the anti-inflammatory use of lady's mantle.
Alchemilla mollis and A. persica (lady's-mantle congeners) reduced lesions and inflammation in a rat endometriosis model, supporting the anti-inflammatory gynecological use of lady's mantle.
