Abstract
Dietary rosehip (Rosa canina) meal increased total antioxidant capacity and polyphenol content and improved the lipid and protein quality and shelf-life of polyunsaturated-fatty-acid-enriched eggs, demonstrating the natural antioxidant activity of rosehip as a feed and food ingredient.
