Juice Powders from Rosehip (Rosa canina L.): Physical, Chemical, and Antiglycation Properties
Preclinical
Abstract
Rosehip (Rosa canina) juice powders, distinct for antioxidant, immunomodulatory and anticancer properties, were produced with functional carriers. The powders retained antioxidant capacity (especially with inulin and palatinose) and showed a promising ability to inhibit protein glycation, relevant to metabolic health.
