Evaluation of phytochemical composition of fresh and dried raw material of introduced Chamerion angustifolium L. using chromatographic, spectrophotometric and chemometric techniques
Abstract
This study characterized the volatile and non-volatile composition and antioxidant activity of Chamerion angustifolium grown from different Lithuanian provenances, showing that the medicinal quality of the herb depends strongly on geographic origin, chemotype and the method of raw-material preparation and extraction.
